1) I am looking to buy the following achievements:
Orbituary
Stokin' the Furnace
Iron Dwarf, Medium Rare
Heartbreaker
I Choose You, Steelbreaker
Disarmed
Crazy Cat Lady
Firefighter

2) ~5400 Disc/Spriest

3) I can make M-F in the evenings, most times on the weekends as long as I have a few days notice.

4) I'm looking to pay 15-20k for these achievements as I read that your last full run cost ~35k.

I no longer need Firefighter, but I still need all the achievements up to and including Crazy Cat Lady.
